- We offer proofs for all print jobs.
- We will gladly work with our clients to correct any issues
- Please Note:
- We require a signed proof or purchase order for all offset print jobs
- We are not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors
- Re-run policy - our 100% satisfaction guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied with your project, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt so we discuss a resolution
- Should you project differ from your proof, we will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange or reproduce your project.
- Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We will allow verbal authorization at our discretion
- Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy for Online orders is at our discretion and will only be issued in cases where print quality has been affected
- Cancellations will not be issued once we have started production
